• Rent is $2,400 per month (unfurnished) and includes heat, hot water, and window coverings (blinds). The building offers card-operated laundry facilities and secure, free bike storage for tenants. Electricity (BC Hydro), internet, and cable are not included. Parking is available for an additional $75 per month.
• A one-year lease is required, followed by a month-to-month tenancy after the lease term ends. Credit, landlord, and employer reference checks are mandatory. The building is strictly non-smoking and pet-free.
• Viewings are by appointment only, as the suite is currently occupied. Appointments can be scheduled Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (no weekend showings).
