Our one-bedroom units offer separate living and sleeping spaces, with large windows and a private balcony off the living area. The well-designed space allows flow from the living room into the kitchen, and the bathroom offers plenty of storage options. The unit also features three closet spaces. Size: 597-624 square feet

Two-Bedroom Units

These large units are all located on the top floor of this 14-storey building, with amazing water, mountain or city views from two private balconies. There is a full kitchen, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, three closets and, of course, two bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an additional walk-in closet. Size: 933 square feet

Stroll over to Sunset Beach or English Bay – or both! Walk the path that connects the beaches along downtown Vancouver's northwest shoreline. Even closer is Nelson Park green space with walking paths, a community garden and a playground.

Restaurants

Being in the heart of the West End neighbourhood, you have eateries and coffee houses in every direction but you've also got the lovely neighbourhood Greenhorn Cafe just behind the building to incorporate into your morning or lunch routine.

Transportation

Public transit is endless in this area of Vancouver, with buses running regularly from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. Access Canada Line rapid transit at any Downtown station, easily walkable or a short bus trip away. Car shares are also found all over the Downtown area, or you can grab an Uber or Lyft.

Shopping

Retail and groceries are covered: Vancouver's best retail district on Robson Street is just a few blocks away, and Safeway and Whole Foods are less than 10 minutes by foot. For day-to-day shopping, there's no need for a car – public transportation, ride-shares or a great pair of shoes is all you need to get anything you need.
